Hi Amy! It was so great chatting with you this past week!!! I am soo excited about your wedding and that we both have so much in common! This page includes information about me as your photographer, collection details & other FAQ we may not have touched on during our consult call. At the bottom of the page, I included link to a recent engagement session just so you get an idea of what an engagement session gallery looks like, and a link to a full wedding at The River View at Occoquan (a venue that has a similar look & vibe to yours). Meet your photographer, Adela
My photography journey started when my college roommate asked me photograph her wedding in 2018- at that point, I had 0 knowledge of anything related to professional photography, or what it takes to capture an entire wedding day! To give you some context... I studied Public Relations and Business Administration in college...so I did know a thing or two about what looks good & how to market it. I was always a bit more picky than the average person when taking photos, and maintaining a perfect Instagram aesthetic before it was cool to do so, ha! I said 'yes!' to her wedding and before I knew it, I had booked 10+ weddings in one year!
My principles & priorities as your wedding photographer are-
- Cultivate & foster a relationship to gain trust
- Communicate to ensure I understand how to best serve you
- Educate you as my clients on the importance of lighting as it relates to photography & the decisions I make when posing and choosing locations
- Join alongside you, your families, and friends on one of the most important days of your lives!!!

2:30pm-9:30pm photo coverage
2:30pm- Adela arrives & begins detail photos (invitations, dress, florals) + finishing touches (getting ready candids + makeup/hair finishing touches)
3:30pm- Amy puts dress on & begins bridal portraits
4:00pm-Bridesmaids are dressed// bridal party photos
4:00pm-Ben is dressed & ready for individual portraits + getting ready photos + groom and groomsmen portraits (second shooter)
4:30pm- Immediate family portraits (parents & siblings of B&G)
5:00pm- B&G hide away, prepare for ceremony
5:30pm- Ceremony
6:00pm- Cocktail hour begins & extended family portraits // bridal party // B&G portraits
6:30pm- B&G join cocktail hour if there's time
7:15-30pm- sunset photos // exact time depending on sunset that day // sneak out from the reception for 5-10 minutes for sunset photos
7:15pm- Reception events begin

FAQ
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 4 weeks- sometimes 6 weeks (depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
For weddings starting at 7 hours of coverage you will receive anywhere between 1,000-1,500
images.
Do you have business insurance?
Yes I do! If your venue requires it, I am happy to provide them with the proper documentation.
We are ready to book! What's next?
If you're ready to move forward simply respond to the follow up email I sent you- I will immediately open your email, probably super excited !!! I will follow up within 1-2 business days with the online contract and the steps to schedule your engagement session! :)
