Hi Taylor! It was so great chatting with you yesterday!!! I am soo excited about your wedding and that we both share a love for a chic, classic, garden inspired themed wedding affair. This proposal includes information about me as your photographer, collection details & other FAQ we may not have touched on during our consult call. At the bottom of the proposal, I included links to a full engagement session at the National Cathedral just so you get an idea of what an engagement session looks like, and a link to a full wedding at Wyndridge Farms in Pennsylvania (a venue that has a similar look & vibe to River Farms). Meet your photographer, Adela
My photography journey started when my college roommate asked me photograph her wedding in 2018- at that point, I had 0 knowledge of anything related to professional photography, or what it takes to capture an entire wedding day! To give you some context... I studied Public Relations and Business Administration in college...so I did know a thing or two about what looks good & how to market it. I was always a bit more picky than the average person when taking photos, and maintaining a perfect Instagram aesthetic before it was cool to do so, ha! I said 'yes!' to her wedding and before I knew it, I had booked 10+ weddings in one year!
My principles & priorities as your wedding photographer are-

This is MY process:
I. Book your date
The booking process is simple! Once you've decided to go ahead and book with me, I will send over an online contract - one or two people can be included on it. The deposit is due when contract is signed, and the rest one month ahead of the wedding day! Payment plans are an option, and we can work together to create one that works best for you. Payments can be made online or with a check- check is preferred!
II. Schedule engagement session
Once we've gotten the paperwork out of the way, we can focus on your engagement session! I know you mentioned you'd rather not use this session, but if you change your mind, you just let me know. As mentioned the other option is to use this coverage for your rehearsal dinner if you'd like. Just as an FYI, an engagement session typically can last anywhere between 1-2 hours depending on your preferred location and how many outfits you would want to bring. It can also be just 30 minutes, totally up to you! I usually recommend this to couples I haven't worked with before since it's a great way to get you used to the camera, but since we DO know each other, I totally understand your decision to opt out! :)
III. The Wedding Day
A month out from the wedding, I will send over a questionnaire that goes over info. about your day such as, colors, themes, finalized timeline, list of family portraits, other wedding vendor contact information & any final details you need to relay to me!
At this point, I will also send over the portfolio/social media accounts of my second shooter that will be accompanying me for your wedding. On your wedding day, I will be there ready to create and tell your love story through photos! I will be using the timeline we agreed on to coordinate the wedding day, as well as work with the venue coordinator to ensure a smooth transition to different parts of the day.
You will receive 10-15 high resolution highlight images from the wedding within 2 days, and the full gallery within 4-6 weeks. All images will be edited and delivered in an online format through Pixieset- from there you can download, favorite, and share your photos with family & friends! You will also be able to order prints directly through the online gallery & select from various options of finishes, sizes and framing- all in one stop! Through it all, I will be here to walk alongside you, answer questions & provide input whenever needed!

12:30pm-9:30pm photo coverage
12:30pm- Adela arrives & begins detail photos (invitations, dress, florals) + finishing touches (getting ready candids + makeup/hair finishing touches)
1:45pm- Taylor puts dress on & begins bridal portraits // Zach is dressed & ready for individual portraits + getting ready photos (<- - second photographer would be responsible for these at Zach's getting ready space)
2:30pm- Travel to River Farms from getting ready house
3:30pm- First look and B&G initial portraits
4:15pm- Bridal party // immediate family portraits (parents & siblings of B&G)
4:30pm- B&G hide away, prepare for ceremony
5:00pm- Ceremony
5:30pm- Cocktail hour begins & extended family portraits
6pm- B&G join cocktail hour
6:35pm- Reception events begin

FAQ
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 6 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
For 9 hours of coverage wedding, you will receive between 800-1,200 images.
Do you have business insurance?
Yes I do! If your venue requires it, I am happy to provide them with the proper documentation.
We are ready to book! What's next?
If you're ready to move forward simply respond to the follow up email I sent you- I will immediately open your email, probably super excited !!! I will follow up within 1-2 business days with the online contract and the steps to schedule your engagement session! :)
